I accidentally began my career in ice cream upon graduation from Temple University in 1976, with a degree in psychology. An oddball from birth, I had attended Catholic seminary, been a Boy Scout, a Santa Claus, a plumber’s helper, a ditch digger, and a short order cook, all while in school.
